  The service is poor our waiter didn't know if there were gluten free options. We asked to sub out the pork from our nachos and we're told the manager doesn't allow substitutes.
  
  When the food came - loaded nachos, there were 10 waffles fries, about an ounce of pork in a container on the side, canned jalapeños, and a dribble of beer cheese on the fries. And not even dribbles on all of them.
  
  I spoke with Ryan the manager and explained how the appetizer did not meet our expectations or reflect the description in the menu. He WAS SO LOUD! Borderline yelling. He was making NG tons of excuses and spouting out measurements of each item. I finally interrupted him and said "RYAN - that's enough. I think I get your point." He DID NOT STOP. HE CONTINUED TO BOOM HIS VOICE AT OUR TABLE ABOUT MISC. KITCHEN FACTS.
  
  In the end he took our food. There was no attempt at all to make things better.
  
  Bottom line: according to RYAN the manager you can expect small portion sizes and large prices on their appetizer.
